🎭 It’s Show Time!
Our show is this Saturday! Yes, I know—it’s arriving sooner than some of us (especially me) expected. Hopefully your show trees are looking good and just getting a bit of last‑minute cleanup.
To make this show truly memorable, we’ll need everyone’s help putting it all together. Here’s the full schedule for the week:
📅 Thursday (10/1) — First Thursday Meeting
This meeting will be a workshop-style session to help everyone get their trees ready for the show.
If you’re showing a tree and have multiple accent plants you’re considering, bring them. We can help you narrow down your choices so you don’t end up bringing too many things on Saturday. Let’s make sure your display looks clean, intentional, and show‑ready.
📅 Friday (10/2) — 7:00 PM Evening Setup at Quinlan Community Center
We need as many hands as possible to help set up the showroom display tables.
Setup usually takes a couple of hours, but the more people we have, the faster it goes. If you can make it, your help will make a big difference.
📅 Saturday (10/3) — 8:00 AM Show Tree Setup at Quinlan Community Center
Please arrive on time with your trees and display materials ready for the show.
JT, Mehrdad, and I will be placing trees to create a balanced, beautiful display. We may need to move trees around more than once to get the right flow, so thank you in advance for your patience.
Once all the trees are placed, we’ll vote for Best in Show across several categories.
We need to finish setup and voting before the show opens at 10:00 AM.
