Dear GSBF Club Members,
We’re less than two months away from the 2025 GSBF Bonsai Rendezvous—our biennial fundraiser that supports GSBF member clubs and bonsai collections. We’re thrilled that you’ll be joining us in Santa Nella!
Here are the latest updates to help you prepare:
🌿 GSBF Merchandise – Pre-Order by October 3
Limited-edition GSBF merchandise is now available at gsbfbonsai.org/merchandise.

Pickup at the Rendezvous
Very limited t-shirts onsite, so pre-ordering is encouraged
🌿 Volunteer & Earn a Free T-Shirt
We can’t do this without our volunteers! Help out for 4 hours during the event and receive a free Rendezvous t-shirt.

🌿 Workshops – Last Spots Remaining
Bring-Your-Own-Tree (BYOT) workshops with Mauro Stemberger and Suthin Sukosolvisit each have one final opening on Friday, October 24 – a rare opportunity for one-on-one instruction.
While many sessions are full, several workshops remain open—reserve now before they’re gone!

🌿 Lodging Update – Hotel Mission de Oro
Rooms are filling quickly! As of today:

🌿 Dining Options – Executive Deli Luncheon (Survey)
With our packed schedule, fitting in lunch can be tricky. We’re considering offering a pre-ordered Executive Deli Luncheon:
Choice of Italian grinder, turkey & cheese, or caprese sub
Includes pasta salad + chips
Cost: $32 (tax & tip included)
Buffet style for quick grab-and-go convenience
Requires a minimum of 20 orders per day
