New year’s day

New Year’s Day, and the days leading up to it, is the most important holiday in Japan. We gather with our families and quietly reflect on the past year, and prepare for a fresh start feeling rejuvenated. Winter can be an extremely busy time of year for bonsai repotting, and I hope everyone is well rested and prepared for the work to come! Please take care of your trees and yourselves, and I look forward to another year with you all. Happy New Year!
